Terms & Conditions

Effective date: February 9, 2026. These terms govern your use of Gautam Tech Studio website and service engagement.

Service Scope

  • All project deliverables are defined in written proposals, contracts, and approved statements of work.
  • Timeline and milestones depend on timely approvals, feedback, and content/data availability from the client.
  • Any out-of-scope work is handled through change requests with revised effort and costing.

Payments & Billing

  • Invoices follow the mutually agreed milestone schedule unless otherwise stated in the contract.
  • Late payments may pause deliverables and support services until dues are cleared.
  • Taxes, government duties, and transaction charges are billed as applicable under Indian law.

Intellectual Property

  • Client-owned assets remain the property of the client.
  • Reusable frameworks, accelerators, and internal tooling remain the property of Gautam Tech Studio.
  • Final ownership transfer of custom deliverables applies after full payment clearance unless contractually stated otherwise.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and commercial information.
  • Shared credentials and production access should be provided using secure channels only.
  • Confidentiality obligations continue after project completion or termination.

Liability & Warranty

  • Services are delivered with best-practice engineering standards and documented QA checks.
  • Warranty/support period is defined in the project agreement.
  • Indirect or consequential losses are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice as defined in the agreement.
  • Work completed till termination date is billable.
  • Project handover artifacts are provided according to payment and contract status.
